• 01 FULL HEALTHCARE PLAYER - I want to play!
  You do not need to be a golfer to enjoy the fun.
  Just let us know if you want to participate
• 02 FIVE PLAYER TEAM – $800.00
  Each team is encouraged to invite a HEALTHCARE ENGINEER. We will reach out to request your golfers' names three weeks prior to the Golf Event.
  
  LIMIT ONE (1) HEALTHCARE ENGINEER PER TEAM!!
  Let us know which session you prefer, 12:00 or 1:30 pm (TIMES NOT GUARANTEED)
• Cradle Crossing Beverage Sponsors – $500.00
  Sponsor our player's refreshments at the
  "Cradle Crossing" and come hang out with the golfers as they make the halfway and enjoy a bite of lunch!
• HOLE SPONSORSHIP ONLY – $150.00

• Lunch/Snack Sponsor – $500.00
  Support your favorite golfers and get your company's name and logo on the course as a "Lunch Sponsor". Come out to hang with the golfers and enjoy lunch with both rounds!
• Putting Contest Sponsor – $1,000.00
  Before and after the rounds, we will have some time to practice some putting!
  
  Host our teams and provide door prizes for the best putt on each round! Your company hosts the putting contest and determines the winners and their prizes!
• Registration Sponsor – $1,000.00
  One company can bring along two people to register all of the attendees of the golf outing for both rounds with assistance from the golf committee. You may bring along your table cover and signage to represent your company at the registration table.
