• 1) FULL HEALTHCARE PLAYER - I want to play Glow Golf!
  You do not need to be a golfer to enjoy the fun.
  Just let us know if you want to participate
• 2) THREE (3) PLAYER GLOW GOLF TEAM – $800.00
  Each team is encouraged to include a HEALTHCARE ENGINEER as your third player. We will reach out to request your glow golf player names three weeks prior to the Golf Event.

• 3) Cradle Crossing Glow Golf Event Beverage Sponsors – $500.00
  Sponsor our player's refreshments at the
  "Cradle Crossing" and come hang out with the golfers as they make the halfway and at the end of the round by the firepit!
• 4) Glow Stick Sponsors – $500.00
  Your Company can help Supply Glow Sticks for our Glow Golf Event on March 5th. Support the NCHEA and get your company's name and logo on the course as a "Glow Stick Sponsor". Come out to hang with the golfers and enjoy a beverage with our teams by the fire pit!
