• 1. Fishing Trophy Sponsor + 1 Fishing Trip Seat! – $1,000.00

  The Fishing Trophy Sponsor will be highlighted on our District IV Webpage and during the event. This sponsorship will include 1 Fishing Registrant, 1 Education Registration and an invite to the BBQ Lunch at the Marina!
  
  This sponsorship includes a seat on a fishing boat.
• 3. Fishing Trip Boat Sponsors - Join the Fishing Boat – $1,000.00
  Sponsor a fishing boat
  You as one person with a sponsoring company get to fish with up to 3 healthcare engineers.
  We will assign hospital engineers per boat - based upon the number that sign up for this activity!
• 4. Associate Members - Education Only – $100.00
  Register here to attend the Educational Sessions on Thursday, including a Breakfast, 2 hours of accredited education and Boxed Lunch (9am to 12pm on Thursday, November 10th)
• 5. Breakfast Sponsor & Commercial Break – $700.00
  Register to help Sponsor our Breakfast for the District IV's Fourth Quarter Event!
  Breakfast Sponsors will be allowed 3 to 5 minutes at the morning session to introduce themselves and their company before the sessions begin.
• 6. Education Sponsor - Help the District IV's Education Goals! – $300.00
  Sponsor our Educational Event and have your logo on our marketing materials, district IV web page and throughout the event on the Presentation Slides and Signage. Includes Two Registrations for your team at the Educational portion of the symposium.

  Includes 1 Attendee for the Aquarium Event
